Means and technology
In order to fully satisfy the requests of its customers, VI.TO.MEC. over the years it has specialized not only in the use of a wide range of raw materials, but in the production of parts of various sizes, starting from products of only 1 mm in diameter up to the achievement of articles with a width of 500 mm; and with maximum length of 1000 mm.
Therefore, with the aim of expanding its operating range more and more, it has worked to create a well-articulated machine park, spread over 2 floors, constantly renewed and suitable to cover the vastness of the mechanical work required.
To date, the latter is distributed as follows:
- FIRST FLOOR (Shooting department)
- GROUND FLOOR (Production department, metrology room)
- VEHICLES AREA

Means and technology

FIRST FLOOR
RECOVERY DEPARTMENT
It is located next to the administrative area, inside which are the most “dated” machines, mainly divided into 2 categories:
- productive, dedicated as the word says to the realization of small, if not tiny, dimensions;
- recovery, where instead we have machinery dedicated to the finishing of those pieces that, before being delivered, need special treatments, such as cleaning, sorting, drilling, etc.
GROUND FLOOR
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
It is rich in high capacity technological equipment and constantly in evolution.
There are CAM machines (vertical machining lathes and / or horizontal), CNC machines, milling machines, rolling machines and washing machines.
METROLOGY ROOM
A space entirely dedicated to the metrology room was cut in the production department.
It is rich in technological tools used for dimensional and qualitative measurements of the products made.
VEHICLE AREA
For VI.TO.MEC. the vehicles are no less important in production.
It is true that they do not contribute to the production phase, but guarantee full customers satisfaction in terms of effectiveness / efficiency of deliveries.
The immediacy of service and delivery is often an indispensable element of an excellent supply and for this reason we have tried to create an express courier service internally that makes daily “today for today” deliveries, only for neighboring locations or urgencies granted.
